What the states defines as "a person" differences from time to time. Today our government does not recognize that unborn babies are people, In the 1930's and 40's the government of Germany redefined what a person is and excluded the Jews and in the 18th and the 19th century black people were treated as property by our government. #collegeconservatives by college.conservatives
